Non-technical Recruiter 1 Amazon Seattle 12 Month Contract

As a Sourcing Recruiter supporting, you own the full sourcing lifecycle for non-technical hiring efforts. You’ll partner with the sourcing recruiting team, Recruiting Business Partners and Business Partners to build proactive pipelines of top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi‑channel sourcing strategies to attract passive, world‑class technical talent.
  • Build and maintain robust, always‑on pipelines for specialized roles (e.g., HR, PM’s, BA’s, etc).
  • Partner closely with sourcing team to understand skills requirements and calibrate profiles.
  • Perform proactive outreach, initial candidate screening, and talent engagement.
  • Attend weekly sourcing syncs with sourcing team and Recruiting Business Partners and present qualified candidates.
  • Track funnel metrics and use data to optimize sourcing strategies.
  • Represent Amazon’s employer brand in highly competitive technical markets.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience recruiting professional talent in competitive markets.
  • Proven experience generating passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Experience with CRM, ATS, and analytics tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting in the HR field.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data‑driven decision‑making.
