About the Role
We are looking for a Non-Tech Recruiter with strong experience in volume hiring to support hiring across Community, Sales, Real Estate, Business Development, Finance, and Operations functions. This role will focus on delivering high-volume, high-quality hiring outcomes through structured processes, strong stakeholder partnerships, and data-driven execution in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end recruitment for Non-Tech roles across Community, Sales, Real Estate, Business Development, Finance, and other business functions.
• Drive volume hiring while maintaining quality, speed, and candidate experience.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, workforce plans, and hiring timelines.
• Prioritize hiring needs based on business criticality and manage changing requirements effectively.
• Build talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, vendor partnerships, walk-ins, and local hiring initiatives.
• Conduct resume screening, telephonic interviews, and candidate assessments; coordinate interview processes.
• Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and candidate communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Track and manage requisitions through the ATS and maintain accurate hiring data and reports.
• Use recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratios to improve hiring efficiency.
• Support employer branding, employee referral programs, internal mobility, and diversity hiring initiatives.
Experience & Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in Non-Tech recruitment, with strong exposure to volume hiring.
• MBA / Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
• Should be open for a contractual role
• Experience hiring for industries such as co-working spaces, real estate, hospitality, sales-driven businesses, or similar high-growth environments is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
• Data-oriented mindset with comfort using hiring metrics to track performance.
• Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
