We are looking for a Non-Tech Recruiter to support hiring across a wide range of business functions, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, HR, and other corporate roles. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to drive end-to-end recruiting efforts and deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for non-technical roles (e.g., Marketing, Branding, Sales, Operations, HR, Finance)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Proactively source, engage, and attract top talent through LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and evaluation, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
  • Manage and drive the interview process, including coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiation
  • Build strong talent pipelines for key business functions and support ongoing hiring needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, business leaders, global teams) to align hiring strategies
  • Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in in-house or agency environments
  • Proven experience hiring for non-technical roles (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations, Corporate functions)
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify and engage passive candidates
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for consumer tech / internet companies
  • Familiarity with global or cross-border hiring
  • Experience supporting international team expansion.
