About the role

Role Overview

We are seeking a Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts. This role involves managing the full-cycle recruiting process, with a focus on sourcing and building a robust pipeline of candidates. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating applicant tracking systems and managing multiple searches and client relationships simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a network of active and passive candidates through ongoing relationship management.
  • Screen and assess candidates to determine job fit and anticipate hiring manager preferences.
  • Drive and assess the health of the candidate pipeline volume and velocity.
  • Execute sourcing strategies to meet established performance goals.
  • Adhere to internal company processes and service level agreements for all recruiting aspects.
  • Manage all job postings, ensuring they are current and active in recruiting systems.
  • Protect data integrity and drive consistent messaging in all reporting.
  • Effectively assess and screen candidates for position fit.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of recruiting experience with a specific focus on sourcing. Proven ability in building candidate sourcing pipelines and managing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with passive candidate sourcing is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay rate for this position is between $39.00 and $49.00 per hour. Benefits are available to eligible employees.
