We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to shape and implement recruiting processes aimed at attracting scientists and engineers. This role involves partnering with leaders to anticipate hiring needs and crafting efficient recruitment approaches. You will run the ATS to analyze data, ensuring continuous improvement in hiring practices, while maintaining a high candidate experience throughout the onboarding journey.

- Utilize ATS and data analytics for improvement
- Partner with marketing on employer branding initiatives
- Ensure seamless handoff from hiring to onboarding
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related area
- Minimum 8 years in talent acquisition within tech
- At least 3 years mentoring or managing recruiters
- Strong recruiting track record in technical fields
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French is advantageous
