Notion x ClickUp Migrator / Notion Systems Architect

About the Role

Job Title: Notion x ClickUp Migrator / Notion Systems Architect Job Type: Project-based / Remote Work Work Hours: PST

We're helping our client find a Notion Systems Architect to lead a short-term migration project from ClickUp to Notion.

In this role, you'll audit the current ClickUp setup, leverage an existing Notion framework, and execute a clean, structured migration. The goal is to create a simplified, fully functional workspace that serves as a reliable single source of truth for the team.

Responsibilities:

• Audit the current ClickUp workspace, including workflows, tasks, and structure
• Review and align with the existing Notion setup and documentation
• Identify what should be migrated, restructured, or deprecated
• Execute the migration from ClickUp to Notion with minimal disruption
• Design and optimize Notion databases, relationships, and workflows
• Ensure data integrity and preserve important workflow context during migration
• Clean up and streamline the final Notion workspace for usability
• Document the new system clearly for team adoption and long-term use

Must-Have Skills

• 4–5+ years of experience in systems design, operations, or workspace architecture
• Strong experience with Notion systems design (databases, relations, workflows)
• Solid working knowledge of ClickUp (task structure, workflows, project management)
• Solid experience of ClickUp (structure, task management)
• Proven experience with system migrations or workspace restructuring
• Ability to analyze and optimize workflows, not just replicate them
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear documentation and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and deliver within defined timelines

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with process optimization / SOP creation
• Experience training teams on new systems or tools
