Network & Security Engineer

About Us

To strengthen our teams, we are looking for a Network & Security Engineer fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

You will be involved in the operation and support of the Data Center's network and security infrastructures:

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of network and security equipment
• Incident and request management in level 2 / level 3 support
• Supervision and resolution of incidents on the network infrastructure
• Administration of switching, routing, and security equipment
• Implementation of patches and upgrades to ensure security and support levels
• Monitoring of infrastructure performance and capacity
• Collaboration with internal teams, users, and suppliers
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of the infrastructure

Some interventions may be carried out outside of working hours to avoid any user impact.

Participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation (approximately one week every 5 weeks) is also required.

Your Profile

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• You hold a degree in computer science with a focus on networks or cybersecurity.
• You speak French and have a good level of English.

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience in network and security infrastructure administration
• Good command of Cisco networking technologies
• Experience with at least two Firewall technologies (Palo Alto is a plus)
• Experience with F5 load balancers is appreciated
• Knowledge of Data Center environments
• CCNA / CCNP certifications are a real asset!

Soft Skills:

• Ability to manage multiple incidents and priorities
• Good interpersonal skills and service orientation
• Ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical users
• Good team spirit and professional communication
