Software Engineering Intern

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Support the development and maintenance of backend APIs primarily using Node.js
• Contribute to frontend development using React when needed
• Help identify and fix bugs, and improve existing features
• Write clean, readable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with engineers on new features and enhancements
• Participate in code reviews and learn from feedback
• Assist with testing, debugging, and documentation of systems and APIs

About You

The company is looking for:

• An above-average understanding of JavaScript and/or Python
• Familiarity with either Node.js or React (even at a basic level)
• A working understanding of how REST APIs function
• Basic experience using Git or any version control system
• A problem-solving mindset and a genuine willingness to learn
• Recent graduates who studied Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Batch A2 2026 NYSC corpers posted to Abuja
