Become a vital component of Oak Valley Health's Finance department as a Payroll Analyst. This role processes bi-weekly payroll for approximately 2,800 employees in multiple locations.

As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining payroll records, ensuring accurate payroll data, and complying with legal and regulatory requirements. Success in this role requires excellent communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail as you address employee inquiries and contribute to payroll accuracy daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees
• Reconcile payroll registers with submitted bank data
• Ensure timely deductions and remittances
• Prepare year-end T4/T4A reports and reconcile balances
• Collaborate on payroll system issues and enhancements

Requirements

• PCP designation via Canadian Payroll Association
• Minimum 3-5 years payroll experience in healthcare
• Knowledge of Meditech and Workday systems
• Strong Excel and data-entry skills
• Proficiency in problem-solving and organization
