Drive occupancy accounting as a skilled Accountant in Finance. Handle general ledger entries, period-end processes, and support compliance while collaborating with stakeholders under a hybrid work model.
This full-time role requires expertise in occupancy accounting and a commitment to maintaining accurate records. You will prepare and review working papers, investigate discrepancies, and participate in both internal and external audits. A focus on process improvement will allow you to propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and post entries in the general ledger
- Review working papers to ensure accuracy
- Complete period-end close processes and controls
- Ensure compliance with certification requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders for policy adherence
Requirements
- University Degree with CPA (or in progress)
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel
