Job Description

This position is part of a development dynamic with a clear career path towards a role with high client exposure and strategic dimension. It is aimed at a Business Analyst / Project Manager profile, focused on operational excellence, wishing to evolve into a local reference role.

Phase 1 – Delivery

• Pilot Odoo implementation projects from start to finish (scoping to go-live)
• Analyze business processes and translate them into functional solutions
• Define project scope, roadmap, and priorities
• Configure Odoo (Accounting, CRM, Sales, Inventory, Purchasing...)
• Coordinate technical teams and stakeholders
• Supervise testing, training, and change management
• Ensure quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability

Phase 2 – Business Development

• Participate in pre-sales phases
• Contribute to client meetings and proposals
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Develop client relationships in the region
• Represent the group in the Lyon economic ecosystem

Profile Sought

• Significant experience with Odoo is essential
• Minimum 5 years in ERP / digital transformation projects
• Solid functional expertise (finance and operations appreciated)
• Ability to manage projects and clients autonomously
• Excellent communication skills (French & English)
• Entrepreneurial spirit, pragmatism, sense of responsibility

Job Conditions

• Employment Contract: CDI, executive status
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Remote Work: 1 day maximum per week
• Fixed Remuneration: Between 55 and 65 K€ fixed
• Variable: Annual bonus based on achieving individual and collective objectives
• Job Location: Lyon Part-Dieu, Lyon 3
• Occasional travel to Brussels
