We are seeking a proactive Office Administrator to manage daily administrative functions and ensure smooth office operations. Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Diploma in Business Administration advantageous
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to manage reports, scheduling, and general office coordination
