Position
Office Administrator (Full-Time)
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Office Administrator to support our team and help us deliver exceptional service to job seekers and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally
- Conduct resume calls and follow-up with candidates
- Maintain office schedules and calendars
- Greet visitors and handle job inquiries
- Enter applicant information into our recruiting database (credentials, forms, and applications)
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team
Qualifications
- Availability to work full-time hours
- Previous experience in administration, clerical work, customer service, and/or sales
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel,) and Google Docs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable handling phone calls and email correspondence
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Recruitment experience is an asset
Compensation
Starting at $19/hour, based on experience
