Key Responsibilities

• Driving new business development for office and industrial (O&I) moving services
• Meeting with corporate clients to assess relocation needs and propose solutions
• Conducting on-site evaluations and preparing detailed move plans
• Creating and presenting customized sales proposals and pricing estimates
• Developing long-term relationships with facilities managers and real estate partners
• Partnering with operations to align on project timelines and logistics
• Achieving revenue and sales activity goals
• Maintaining accurate records of prospects and clients in CRM
• Representing the company at local events and networking functions
• Identifying opportunities for upselling services such as warehousing or FF&E installation
