About ATM Gaming

ATM Gaming is a fast-growing board game publisher, known for titles such as Juduku, Pigeon Pigeon, Osmooz, or Speed Bac, sold in millions of copies in France and internationally.

In a context of acceleration, we are looking for a Junior Strategic Project Manager to directly support the founders on cross-functional, concrete, and structuring projects.

The position combines analysis, structuring, coordination, and execution. Examples of missions:

Project Management

• Tracking and coordination of key projects (product, marketing, organization, growth)
• Implementation or optimization of internal processes
• Daily interface with internal teams and service providers
• Prioritization, organization, progress tracking, and reporting

Product and Content

• Design a question pack for a new game or expansion
• Analyze customer feedback and propose simple improvements
• Conduct inspiring research: game mechanics, trends, copywriting, packaging, innovations

Partnerships and External Development

• Identify collaboration opportunities (brands, media, entertainment)
• Prepare notes, benchmarks, analyses, and presentation materials
• Support initial discussions and operational follow-up

Analysis and Structuring

• Analyze data (competition, market, performance)
• Build dashboards and summaries for the founders
• Prepare framing or decision-making support documents

Ad Hoc Topics

Depending on current events: internal audit, drafting a key document, framing a new project, resolving a blockage, structuring a process.

These are concrete missions, with a growing level of autonomy.

Profile Sought

• Solid academic background (student in a top business school or demanding academic program, on a gap year or final internship)
• Very good analytical, structuring, and synthesis skills
• Rigor, reliability, sense of priorities
• Curiosity, autonomy, practical sense, proactivity
• Proficiency with modern organization and productivity tools (Notion, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, dashboards, or equivalents)
• Excellent level of English
• Interest in dynamic, fast-paced, and creative environments
