Offshore Project Manager (Cloud tools implementation Experience) (Hyderabad)

Requirements

• Experience in Offshore Wind and Completion processes.
• Familiarity with Construction processes and project management in IT delivery.
• Comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and collaborate with global, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead daily project coordination across offshore and onsite teams.
• Ensure delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and provide regular status reporting.
• Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and manage issue resolution.
• Track project KPIs, burn-down charts, and velocity metrics.
• Manage change requests and scope control processes.
• Ensure proper documentation and governance standards.
• Coordinate UAT, deployment planning, and go-live readiness.
• Drive post-go-live stabilization and transition to support.
