Experteer Overview In this role you drive oilseeds product strategy, positioning and lifecycle management across EMEA/APAC. You translate research, field evidence and market needs into compelling product visions and licensing strategies to support sales growth. You connect agronomy, trials and partner feedback to practical guidance for growers and licensees, enabling successful launches and portfolio optimization. You work cross-functionally to align research, marketing, licensing and commercial execution. Leistungen / Benefits • Support regional portfolio leadership in crafting regional oilseeds strategy across EMEA/APAC • Define product positioning by crop, maturity, region and end-use to support licensing needs • Develop value propositions, product stories, technical claims and competitive differentiation for multiple channels • Lead lifecycle decisions from concept to phase-out, aligning with profitability, supply, and strategic relevance • Coordinate with Portfolio, Demand Management, Supply Chain and Out-Licensing Marketing on replacement plans and market protection • Build deep product performance knowledge across countries and farming systems using diverse data sources • Utilize trial results and field observations to highlight strengths, risks and best-fit environments • Act as regional agronomy reference for sunflower and winter oilseed rape with practical farming guidance • Design and prioritize regional and country trials to generate decision-useful information • Transform trial data into technical presentations, decision aids and sales-enabling tools • Lead regional product concepts and positioning aligned with geography, agronomy and commercial potential • Collaborate with Research to align breeding priorities with market needs and feedback • Ensure successful launches with clear storytelling and local market adaptation • Support licensing portfolio strategy, partner readiness and value creation through gap filling and lifecycle planning • Identify licensing opportunities and verify technical fit by geography, maturity, environment and partner capability • Ensure licensed products have clear positioning, agronomic guidance and performance evidence before deployment • Recommend corrective actions or phase-outs for underperforming licenses and feed lessons back into strategy • Design practical training on positioning, agronomy and licensing for sales teams and partners • Create product guides, crop insights, launch toolkits and partner-facing documentation • Collaborate with Research, Agronomy, Marketing, Licensing and Sales to drive fact-based decisions

Aufgaben • 10+ years of experience in agriculture, preferably seeds/oilseeds, product management or related roles • Strong understanding of sunflower and/or winter oilseed rape production systems • Experience in licensing and knowledge of other crops is advantageous • Ability to interpret performance data, trial results and field feedback into actionable guidance • Knowledge of lifecycle management, launch planning, licensing readiness and field deployment • Fluent English (written and spoken); experience with EMEA/APAC and digital trial tools preferred
