Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement OKTA workflows, policies, and integrations for user lifecycle management.
- Develop custom OKTA solutions using APIs, SDKs, and scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
- Configure Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
- Collaborate with application teams to onboard new apps into OKTA.
- Troubleshoot and resolve OKTA-related issues and provide ongoing support.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in IAM strategy discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of identity protocols: SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC.
- Experience with OKTA Workflows, Universal Directory, and Lifecycle Management.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, etc.).
- Familiarity with REST APIs and integration techniques.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their IAM components.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- OKTA Certified Professional or OKTA Certified Developer.
- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of Zero Trust architecture.
