Digital Business Analyst – Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)

Overview

We are supporting a leading retail organisation in Dubai who are seeking a Digital Business Analyst with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) experience to support ongoing digital commerce initiatives. This role will focus on analysing and optimising e‑commerce and digital customer journeys, working closely with product, technology, and business stakeholders to deliver enhancements across the organisation’s digital commerce platforms. The position will initially be a 3‑month contract, with strong potential for extension through to the end of the year depending on project requirements.

Preferred Background

• Experience within retail or e‑commerce organisations
• Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and commerce platforms
• Ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for digital and e‑commerce initiatives
• Work closely with technical teams to support enhancements across Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
• Support delivery of digital transformation and e‑commerce platform improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders across digital, product, and engineering teams
• Assist with integration and optimisation of Order Management Systems (OMS)
• Participate in workshops, backlog grooming, and sprint planning within agile environments
• Ensure solutions align with broader digital commerce strategy and customer experience goals

Requirements

• Experience working as a Digital Business Analyst on technology or digital transformation projects
• Hands‑on exposure to Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or Commerce Cloud Essentials
• Experience working on e‑commerce platforms or digital commerce environments
• Exposure to Order Management Systems (OMS) such as:
  • Oracle OMS
  • SAP OMS
  • Blue Yonder
  • Fluent Commerce
  • or similar platforms
• Strong experience gathering requirements and working with technical delivery teams
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments
