Shape the future of reliability as a seasoned Reliability Engineer focused on rotating equipment. Lead programs to enhance operational safety and efficiency in a vibrant engineering setting. You will report to the Rotating Equipment and Reliability Supervisor, applying your expertise to support reliability initiatives on-site. This role emphasizes collaboration with different engineering and maintenance teams to identify actionable improvements and enhance overall performance. Your leadership will be critical to driving safe and environmentally friendly operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze MTBFs to track equipment failure trends
• Develop a strategic reliability improvement roadmap
• Partner with Maintenance on critical repairs
• Conduct root cause analyses for equipment issues
• Develop and refine new maintenance operations

Requirements

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering required
• Minimum of 3 years in oil and gas or chemical sectors
• Expertise in reliability-centered maintenance practices
• Strong background in failure analysis techniques
• Ability to adapt to changing work schedules
