ALTEN Canada is looking for a skilled WES/WCS Technical Developer for an on-site project with Procter & Gamble in Brantford, ON. This role emphasizes the deployment and optimization of warehouse control systems.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years in Java development, including expertise in SpringBoot and MyBatis. The role focuses on system deployment, user training, and resolving technical faults efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and optimize the Warehouse Control System
• Conduct user training for stable system operation
• Participate in requirement analysis and design solutions
• Develop core modules in Java and perform unit testing
• Document implementation processes and troubleshooting guides

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields
• 2+ years of Java development experience
• Familiarity with WCS systems and warehouse automation projects
• Knowledge of MySQL, Linux, and electrical control systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
