- Deliver security product implementations and integrations
- Lead onboarding and Professional Services engagements
- Support design for scalable customer solutions
- Conduct technical assessments and health checks
- Develop self-service content and playbooks
Requirements
- 3+ years in security software implementation
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Strong mentorship and leadership skills
- Knowledge of email security and networking architectures
- Excellent communication and KPI literacy
