You will utilize your skills in security software implementation, network architecture, and customer deployments while collaborating with sales and product teams. Your role includes delivering implementations for Barracuda’s security products and providing mentorship to junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver security product implementations and integrations
• Lead onboarding and Professional Services engagements
• Support design for scalable customer solutions
• Conduct technical assessments and health checks
• Develop self-service content and playbooks

Requirements

• 3+ years in security software implementation
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Strong mentorship and leadership skills
• Knowledge of email security and networking architectures
• Excellent communication and KPI literacy
