The first step in your process is the kickoff meeting. Here, it is important to bring all relevant stakeholders together and define the next steps. You will clearly communicate expectations and ensure everyone is pursuing the same goal. And hey, it's not just about numbers and facts! The human aspect is also crucial.
Additionally, you play a key role in creating whitepapers and articles. This content is not only informative but also intended to expand and keep up-to-date the knowledge of your colleagues and customers.
