About the Role
The Onboarding Program Manager for GTM Enablement will play a pivotal role in designing, launching, and overseeing a modern onboarding experience aimed at accelerating productivity and establishing a solid foundation for sustained success within the GTM organization. This position will manage the complete onboarding journey for sales and pre-sales roles, emphasizing the crucial first 90 days.
Operating at the intersection of Enablement, Sales, Pre-Sales, Revenue Operations, and Analytics, you will transform business priorities and performance data into a structured, role-specific onboarding experience that fosters consistency, confidence, and early impact. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of onboarding, including program design, delivery, measurement, and ongoing optimization.
As a senior individual contributor, you will function both as a program architect and operator, ensuring that onboarding is scalable, data-driven, and aligned with UKG’s sales strategies and value delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the comprehensive onboarding program for sales and pre-sales roles from inception through to launch, execution, and continuous enhancement.
- Create a structured 90-day onboarding pathway aligned with roles, segments, and GTM objectives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Revenue Operations, and analytics teams to pinpoint performance gaps and establish onboarding priorities.
- Translate sales motions, product positioning, and essential skills into targeted onboarding experiences and learning paths.
- Build and refine the onboarding operating model, including program structure, key milestones, and progression frameworks.
- Drive measurable improvements in early-stage performance, focusing on ramp-up time, productivity, and readiness to engage with customers.
- Define success metrics and utilize data, analytics, and AI-driven insights to evaluate program effectiveness and foster continuous optimization.
- Partner with Core Programs, Learning Experience & Design, and Field Enablement teams to ensure high-quality content, facilitation, and reinforcement in the work process.
Basic Qualifications
- 8 to 12 years of experience in program management, enablement, sales, or related GTM functions.
- Proof of successful experience in creating or transforming onboarding or early-tenure programs linked to business outcomes.
- In-depth understanding of sales and pre-sales roles in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Experience collaborating with Revenue Operations and analytics teams to embed data into program design.
- Ability to translate business priorities into structured programs, frameworks, and operational plans.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects with numerous stakeholders and dependencies.
- Strong business and analytical acumen, with a history of establishing success metrics and using insights to inform decision-making.
- Familiarity with modern enablement technologies, learning platforms, and AI-supplemented workflows.
- Exceptional communication and influence skills, capable of driving alignment without direct authority.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting global GTM organizations.
- Understanding of sales methodologies and value-based selling.

The base salary for this position ranges from $129,500 to $186,100, with the potential to boost total earnings through performance-based incentives. Additional compensation may include commissions and restricted stock units. Salary offers may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and work location.
