Onboarding / Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised Onboarding / Project Manager to own and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new associates. This role does not require recruitment experience; instead, we are looking for a strong project manager who thrives on structure, checklists, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

You will be responsible for coordinating all onboarding activities, tracking progress, and ensuring each new associate is fully set up and compliant before starting work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process from start to finish for new associates
• Act as the main point of coordination across internal teams and external providers
• Track onboarding progress using clear checklists and timelines
• Ensure all required setup steps are completed accurately and on time
• Identify and resolve onboarding delays or issues proactively
• Maintain accurate documentation and onboarding records

Associate Setup Responsibilities

You will ensure successful completion of the following onboarding requirements:

• Set up company email accounts and phone lines
• Grant access to CRM systems and internal platforms
• Register businesses with Companies House
• Ensure ICO registration and GDPR compliance
• Support opening of business bank accounts
• Manage tax registrations and changes as required

Experience and Skills Required:

• Strong project management or operations experience
• Excellent organisational and task-tracking skills
• Experience managing processes with multiple dependencies
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through
• Comfortable working with checklists, systems, and compliance requirements
• Clear communicator with a proactive problem-solving mindset

Hardware Requirements:

• Own computer or laptop.
• ADSL/FIBRE internet line with a minimum of 50 Mbps.
• Headphones for use with our VOIP phone system.
• Anti-virus installed.
• UPS/Back-up battery for load shedding.
