About

As an Onboarding Solutions Architect at Optimizely, you drive the technical delivery and successful deployment of our product suite. You collaborate with Customers, Partners, and internal teams to understand tech stacks, design implementation plans, and troubleshoot to ensure adoption and value. You will lead technical onboarding, deliver workshops, and mentor peers to scale expertise across products. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, consulting, and customer success, shaping how customers realize impact with Optimizely. You’ll work in a dynamic, collaborative culture that values continuous improvement and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical track for product onboarding and related services
• Guide customers and partners through technical delivery aligned to goals and requirements
• Clearly communicate product concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Deliver training, discovery sessions, and design/technical workshops
• Collaborate with product and engineering to identify optimal solutions and troubleshoot
• Manage multiple customer projects, balancing objectives, use cases, satisfaction, and quality
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and provide consistent recommendations
• Create and maintain internal deployment documentation
• Participate in pre-sales scoping and custom packaging when needed
• Independently lead successful deployment of Optimizely products
• Serve as subject matter expert for complex use cases
• Share experiences in internal meetings and support team growth
• Mentor peers during onboarding on new products and concepts
• Assist in recruitment through technical evaluation and interviews

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with frontend libraries (Angular, React, Vue)
• 2+ years of experience using REST APIs and authentication
• Ability to model complex architectures with diagrams
• Proficient with GitHub and command line tools
• Willingness to learn additional languages
• Strong communication and presentation skills with technical and executive audiences
• Strong problem-solving and adaptable project approach
• Excellent organizational skills
• Bachelor's in Computer Science plus 5+ years frontend/app scripting experience or Master's with 3+ years
• Proven track record in delivering customer-focused technical projects
