Job Summary

Solution Architect focused on Privileged Access Management, primarily Safeguard. Translate customer requirements into technical solution designs, guide implementation teams, and ensure architectures are secure, scalable, and supportable. Over time, the role can expand into adjacent One Identity products. Responsible for solution architecture, IAM/PAM design, Active Roles/IDM/Safeguard integrations, governance workflows, and infrastructure planning.

Responsibilities

• Own solution architecture from discovery through design, implementation guidance, and go-live support
• Lead technical workshops to capture requirements, constraints, integrations, and non-functional needs
• Produce high-quality deliverables: HLD/LLD, decision logs, assumptions, scope boundaries, and risk controls
• Define integration patterns (directory services, MFA, ITSM, target systems, API-based integrations)
• Guide consultants and engineers, act as technical authority, and support issue resolution
• Ensure alignment with best practices, product capabilities, and customer operating models
