OneStream Developer – Consultant

About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking the services of an experienced OneStream Developer to join a specialized implementation team supporting a large-scale financial systems integration initiative. The engagement focuses on designing and delivering an automated metadata integration between Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and the OneStream platform to enable seamless, governed synchronization of enterprise financial master data.

The consultant will collaborate closely with finance, data, and technical teams to ensure that master data changes originating in Oracle EBS are accurately and reliably reflected in OneStream, eliminating manual intervention and improving overall data integrity and governance across the financial ecosystem.

Scope

• Design and implement an automated metadata exchange framework between Oracle EBS and OneStream.
• Map and synchronize core financial master data, including chart of accounts segments, cost centers, entities, and other extensible dimensions.
• Configure and develop OneStream Business Rules and connectors to consume metadata from Oracle EBS source systems.
• Build staging, transformation, and alignment logic to conform Oracle source structures to OneStream’s dimensional model.
• Implement validation, reconciliation, and error-handling routines to ensure metadata accuracy and auditability.
• Partner with functional and technical stakeholders to support testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization of the integration.

Assignment Deliverables

• OneStream metadata integration design documentation and technical specifications.
• Configured OneStream Business Rules (XFBR / VB.NET) and connector components.
• Staging and transformation logic for Oracle EBS metadata extraction and alignment.
• Validation, logging, and error-handling frameworks to support operational resilience.
• Knowledge transfer and technical documentation for ongoing support and maintenance.

Expertise Required

• Hands-on experience developing solutions on the OneStream platform, including:
  • Finance Business Rules (VB.NET / XFBR)
  • Extensible Dimensionality framework
  • OneStream connector architecture
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite, including table structures within:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • HRMS
  • Foundation (FND) modules
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction, staging, and transformation.
• Experience with REST and/or SOAP-based integrations, ETL tooling, and scheduling frameworks.
• Solid understanding of financial consolidation concepts, intercompany accounting, and enterprise metadata governance.
• Proven ability to work independently in complex, multi-system enterprise environments.
