About the role

Job Summary

Cogency Inc. is seeking a seasoned OneStream Project Manager with strong experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to lead end-to-end delivery of financial transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in OneStream implementation, financial consolidation, planning, and reporting, along with strong project leadership capabilities across cross-functional and globally distributed teams.

Primary Skill Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) with focus on OneStream
  • Hands-on experience in OneStream implementation and support
  • Deep understanding of:
    • Financial consolidation
    • Planning and forecasting
    • Financial reporting
  • Knowledge of OneStream XF platform, including:
    • Business rules
    • Dashboards

Secondary / Additional Skills

  • Experience with SAP (ECC / S4 HANA)
  • Experience with Snowflake

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of EPM projects using OneStream
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication
  • Partner with Finance teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Oversee implementation, configuration, and optimization of OneStream applications
  • Drive integration with ERP and data platforms (SAP, Snowflake)
  • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance across financial systems
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Data Engineering, Vendors)
  • Implement best practices in financial planning, forecasting, and consolidation
  • Monitor project performance using KPIs and reporting tools
  • Support change management, training, and user adoption initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10–15 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Strong background in IT / Engineering
  • Proven experience managing EPM / OneStream projects
  • Experience working with Agile and Waterfall delivery models
  • Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement experience
  • Experience managing highly matrixed teams across multiple time zones
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
