OneStream Solution Architect

About the Role

As a OneStream Solution Architect, you will be integral to delivering advisory and implementation services that meet the evolving business needs of our clients. You will collaborate with the Transformation team from the outset, empowering clients to realize their vision while enhancing your own professional growth.

Responsibilities

Your daily responsibilities will entail:

• Leading full life cycle implementations, assisting with planning, design, and build phases.
• Documenting business requirements, system designs, and transformation goals effectively.
• Configuring applications and conducting iterative unit testing to ensure quality and effectiveness.
• Creating training materials and quick reference guides to promote user adoption.
• Facilitating training sessions to equip end-users for deployment.
• Providing valuable post-production support to optimize client experiences.
• Engaging in comprehensive full life cycle implementations.
• Identifying business requirements and creating functional designs, including scenario design and flow mapping.
• Meeting or exceeding targeted billing hours to contribute to the firm's growth.
• Performing additional tasks as assigned to support team objectives.

Qualifications

You will bring the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, Information Technology, MIS, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a consulting role servicing diverse clients at the national level.
• Experience with at least 4 full life cycle implementations of Infor.
• Industry-recognized professional certification.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and relevant key metrics.
• Experience with application integration and back-end data connectivity applications.
• Hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and implementing Infor Applications.
• Exposure or training on OneStream Cloud Applications.
• Ability to deliver complex, time-sensitive projects successfully.
• Strong leadership skills, effective in conducting meetings and drafting technical documents.
• Ability to align current state processes with future state objectives through client collaboration.
• Willingness to travel as needed, expected travel is up to 40%.
• This position will require in-person attendance at least two days per week at either a GT office or client site.
