Role Description
This is a full‑time remote role for an Online Marketer. The Online Marketer will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, leveraging web analytics, utilizing marketing automation tools, and driving sales growth. Additional responsibilities include executing effective social media strategies, analyzing data to identify trends, and comprehending customer needs to enhance the company’s online presence and engagement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Web Analytics, including the ability to analyze, interpret, and report data to inform marketing strategies
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience building and managing online campaigns
- Knowledge in Marketing Automation tools and their implementation to streamline campaign processes
- Understanding of Sales strategies and techniques to support growth initiatives
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a remote work environment
- Experience with digital platforms and ad management tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
