The Online Marketing Manager will be responsible for handling all our digital platforms, responding to customers, generating leads, and managing our online presence on a daily basis.

We are seeking a results-driven Online Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital channels, data analysis, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive online marketing strategies across digital channels
• Manage and optimize campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and display advertising
• Oversee content marketing, including website updates, blogs, and landing pages
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility and traffic
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social ads, retargeting)
• Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI optimization
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for management
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in digital/online marketing management
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines

Pay

₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
