Responsibilities

• Program Management and has worked on large transformation IT programs has technical background worked in SAFe Agile or Agile implementations
• Direct manage plan and administer Project activities of a division business area
• Manage complex and cross-functional programs and Projects from design and development until production
• Utilize multiple vendors and ensure collaboration
• Lead contingency planning and risk mitigation
• Develop plan and schedule the development introduction communication and maintenance of all Projects
• Contain and resolve issues within the program that do not require sponsor attention
• Communicate program performance to program sponsors and executive team
• Serve as the point of contact for the program sponsor and a key member of the Governance team
• Determine the impact of changes on the business case and reforecast value creation
• Identify areas for internal improvement and develop plans for implementation

Skills

What you need to be successful in this role

• BA/BS or an equivalent combination of education and or experience
• PMP Project Management Professional certification
• 8 years of project management program management or IT management including financial and schedule performance reporting
• 5 years of experience managing cross functional and end-to-end IT business processes
• Experience in all phases of systems development from concept through installation and maintenance
• 5+ years of experience in required technology
• Master level proficiency in automated project management tools such as Microsoft Project
• Advanced proficiency in analytical organizational project management interpersonal and communication skills verbal and written
