Required Qualifications & Experience

• Key Skills: Business analysis, operations domain fluency, Agile product ownership, stakeholder facilitation, prompt literacy

• Key Responsibility: Elicit and document use cases from business teams; own backlog and acceptance criteria; facilitate sprint demos; validate AI outputs with domain SMEs; drive adoption and represent the business voice

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services

• Review Business Requirement document based on user request.

• Prepare technical documentation and perform an impact analysis of the systems.

• Analyze customers' IT needs and provide guidance for improvement.

• Create training materials for client users and other consultants.

• Reporting the progress of the project on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

• Meeting with clients to determine project requirements.

• Extend the usage of the tools to other applications.

• Developing innovative solutions and preparing prototypes for meetings.

• Experience in defining and implementing technology solutions for a major financial institution

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst for a large financial institution

• Extensive experience in gathering business requirements and developing functional specifications with special emphasis on use cases, defining test cases, and providing user training and support

• Extensive experience with various system development lifecycle methodologies and tailoring the artifacts to those methodologies

• Solution-oriented, detailed-focused, showing strong analytical and organization skills
