Onsite AWS Engineer & DevOps (Engineer / Lead / Architect) • *Role Overview**

Depending on experience, candidates will contribute individually, lead teams, or drive architecture and strategy.

Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, and manage **secure, scalable, and highly available AWS cloud architectures**. • Build and optimize **CI/CD pipelines** using GitLab or similar tools to enable fast and reliable deployments. • Implement and manage **infrastructure as code (IaC)** using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. • Support and lead **cloud migration initiatives**, including legacy modernization and AWS and hybrid cloud environments. • Collaborate with **application, QA, security, and network teams** to deliver end-to-end cloud solutions. • Develop and manage **containerized applications** using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS EKS/ECS. • Implement **monitoring, logging, and observability solutions** using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and related tools. • Ensure adherence to **cloud security best practices** (IAM, VPC, KMS, network security). • Troubleshoot and resolve **production issues**, acting as an escalation point for complex challenges (Lead/Architect levels). • Mentor and guide teams, driving **DevOps culture and best practices** (Lead/Architect levels).

Required Skills & Experience • *For AWS Engineer (4-10 Years):** • Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC). • Experience with CI/CD tools and basic automation. • Knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash) and containerization (Docker). • Understanding of cloud networking, monitoring, and security basics. • *For DevOps Lead (710 Years):** • Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline design and DevOps practices. • Hands-on AWS experience with infrastructure automation. • Experience leading teams and managing DevOps processes. • Strong understanding of monitoring, logging, and system reliability. • *For Senior AWS DevOps Architect (11+ Years):** • Deep expertise in AWS architecture and large-scale cloud systems. • Proven experience in cloud migration, hybrid architecture, and enterprise solutions. • Strong leadership in mentoring teams and driving technical strategy. • Advanced knowledge of security, networking, and system design. • *Core Technical Skills (All Levels)** • AWS Services: EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, EBS, Lambda, VPC • CI/CD Tools: GitLab, Jenkins, or similar • IaC Tools: Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible • Containers: Docker, Kubernetes • Programming/Scripting: Python, Bash, Java/.NET (preferred for higher roles) • Monitoring: CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Logs, VPC Flow Logs • Security: IAM, KMS, network security

Preferred Qualifications • AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, SysOps). • Experience with **microservices and serverless architectures**. • Exposure to **hybrid or multi-cloud environments**. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
