About the role

Role Description

The Salesforce Product Analyst will be supporting multiple initiatives including Experience Portal| Vendor Technology| and MuleSoft integrations.

This role is responsible for leading requirement discussions with business stakeholders| driving cross-functional alignment| and finalizing requirements across teams.

The analyst will own the creation and grooming of user stories| prepare feature scope| and ensure all stories are development ready.

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to define and finalize project needs.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment| collaborating with business| design| and engineering teams.
  • Create| groom| and prioritize user stories prepare feature scope documentation.
  • Schedule and facilitate working sessions to advance requirements and resolve open questions efficiently.
  • Support delivery and execution activities| including facilitating daily stand-ups and coordinating clarifications and follow-ups.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for ongoing stakeholder queries and operational support.
  • Own end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution| including documenting test scripts| coordinating testing cycles| managing defect resolution| and retesting for release readiness.
  • Perform data analysis to support migration activities and validate outcomes| reducing delivery risk.
  • Provide Salesforce operational support| including dashboard creation| updates| and follow-ups to unblock teams and maintain momentum.

Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Business Analyst credentials.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate requirements| understand configuration| manage UAT| and conduct stakeholder discussions independently.
  • Experience Supporting Multiple Initiatives And Managing Cross-functional Responsibilities.
  • Strong commitment to onsite presence and collaborative teamwork.
