About the Role
The Salesforce Product Analyst will be supporting multiple initiatives including Experience Portal, Vendor Technology, and MuleSoft integrations.
This role is responsible for leading requirement discussions with business stakeholders, driving cross-functional alignment, and finalizing requirements across teams.
The analyst will own the creation and grooming of user stories, prepare feature scope, and ensure all stories are development ready.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to define and finalize project needs.
- Drive cross-functional alignment, collaborating with business, design, and engineering teams.
- Create, groom, and prioritize user stories prepare feature scope documentation.
- Schedule and facilitate working sessions to advance requirements and resolve open questions efficiently.
- Support delivery and execution activities, including facilitating daily stand-ups and coordinating clarifications and follow-ups.
- Act as the primary point of contact for ongoing stakeholder queries and operational support.
- Own end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution, including documenting test scripts, coordinating testing cycles, managing defect resolution, and retesting for release readiness.
- Perform data analysis to support migration activities and validate outcomes, reducing delivery risk.
- Provide Salesforce operational support, including dashboard creation, updates, and follow-ups to unblock teams and maintain momentum.
Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Business Analyst credentials.
- Demonstrated ability to translate requirements, understand configuration, manage UAT, and conduct stakeholder discussions independently.
- Experience supporting multiple initiatives and managing cross-functional responsibilities.
- Strong commitment to onsite presence and collaborative teamwork.
