Key Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders
• Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans across multiple locations
• Identify and engage top talent through creative sourcing and networking strategies
• Guide candidates and hiring managers through the selection process
• Maintain accurate documentation in applicant tracking systems
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and applicable regulations (including DOD where applicable)
• Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes and candidate experience

Required Skills

• Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition
• Strong ability to recruit across multiple roles and locations
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities (ATS experience)
• Knowledge of recruitment compliance and processes
• Experience recruiting for DOD-related roles or contract administrators

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kenexa BrassRing (ATS)
• Familiarity with Phenom CRM
• Experience with Paradox (AI recruiting tools)

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related field

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
