Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site to ensure project goals are met.
- Coordinate and communicate with personal , suppliers, and clients to facilitate project execution.
- Maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases of construction.
- Oversee asset management as well as asset maintenance.
- Enforce safety standards and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Provide regular updates directly to the president.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the construction site promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and asset coordination.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills to motivate and direct subcontractors and staff.
- Proficient in Heavy Equipment Operation and Maintenance.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and personal.
