Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site to ensure project goals are met.
• Coordinate and communicate with personal , suppliers, and clients to facilitate project execution.
• Maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases of construction.
• Oversee asset management as well as asset maintenance.
• Enforce safety standards and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Provide regular updates directly to the president.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the construction site promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and asset coordination.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills to motivate and direct subcontractors and staff.
• Proficient in Heavy Equipment Operation and Maintenance.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and personal.
