Role Description

The Site Manager will be responsible for the overall management and execution of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and in accordance with client specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, managing, and controlling skilled labour and site teams across electrical, instrumentation, and associated disciplines
• Planning, scheduling, and supervising site activities to ensure efficient project execution
• Coordinating contractors, resources, and workflows in line with project requirements
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards, site procedures, and client specifications
• Participating in and leading site S.H.E. meetings and maintaining safety performance

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Qualified Electrician (Red Seal preferred)
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a supervisory or site management role within an E&I construction environment
• Strong project management and leadership capability
• Experience coordinating teams, contractors, and site activities
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
