Pay

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities for Onsite Staffing Recruiter jobs include:

  • Source top talent through various channels including social media, on-site activities, cold calling and texting, internet job boards, and employee referrals
  • Conduct outbound phone calls to follow up with applicants and potential candidates
  • Prescreen candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific job openings
  • Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to evaluate their experience, personality, and cultural fit
  • Manage the entire onboarding process, including paperwork, background checks, and reference checks
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for all staffing-related matters
  • Manage daily staffing operations at the client's location, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources, adherence to client requirements, and timely problem resolution
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of onsite staff, providing coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans as needed
  • Ensure all staffing activities, including hiring, onboarding, and documentation, comply with company policies, client requirements, and legal regulations
  • Generate regular reports on staffing metrics
  • Address and resolve staffing-related issues and challenges promptly, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction

Requirements

  • 1 – 3 years of proven experience in high-volume recruiting, staffing, or a similar role
  • Must be comfortable making a high volume of outbound phone calls
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
