Masis Staffing is currently seeking an Bilingual Onsite Staffing Manager for a great opportunity in the Portage, WI. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and people skills. This person will be responsible for all facets of Masis Staffing Solutions On-Site in partnership with the client, and maintain a one-to-one relationship with the department leads, supervisors, and management team.

Roles and Responsibilities for the Onsite Staffing Manager - Bilingual:
- This individual is responsible for assisting with planning and executing a consistently high volume of recruiting activities.
- Managing daily operations of the assigned Onsite account, payroll management, and onboarding of new associates.
- Monitor employee attendance
- Check- in new employees
- Manages new candidate generation and job order generation through Masis Staffing Solution CRM Software.
- Keep updated records of termination of employment on CRM software and cooperate with unemployment investigations.
- Keeps strict attention to detail to all candidate related processes including screening, interviewing, training, onboarding, and termination.
- Maintain a high fill ratio required for successful performance of the branch.
- Maintain strict level of confidentiality and adherence to company policy while interacting with candidates and clients.
- Create recruiting and interviewing plans for each open position, including collaboration with hiring managers on prescreening questions.
- Creates a talent pipeline by building relationships with qualified candidates in prioritized skill sets; develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Commit to meeting or exciding performance goals set up by the executive team and safety standard goals established by the Risk Department
- Provides comprehensive administrative support for recruiting efforts
- Assists with screening applicants/resumes, coordinating phone/in-person interviews.
- Perform other duties as requested
Knowledge & Experience for the Onsite Staffing Manager - Bilingual:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to report to multiple levels of management.
- Ability to successfully communicate with all levels of workforce.
- Proven leadership and team development (lead self, lead others, lead forward.)
- Ability to inspire, coach and develop others through a shared vision and purpose.
- Ability to select high quality/caliber talent.

- Understand Financial reporting/statements.
- Some College preferred.
- Must have 2+ years of successful recruiting.
- Strong interviewing skills and understanding of the staffing industry.
- Ability to speak more than one language highly desirable.
- Proficiency in multiple computer software applications is necessary.
- High level of concentration.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
May require extended daily work schedule, and occasional weekends.
Pay
$60,726.02 - $65,000.00 per year
