PMO Legal Technology / Legal e Billing Implementation

Role Overview:

We are seeking a PMO with experience in Legal Technology implementations, specifically Legal e Billing / Legal Spend Management platforms (e.g., Legal Tracker) or broader Legal Tech solutions. This role will support the implementation of a Legal Tracker solution to help monitor, manage, and optimize law firm expenses. The PMO will partner closely with Technology, Legal, Finance, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead PMO activities for the implementation of a Legal e Billing / Legal Tracker platform
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks
• Coordinate across Legal, Technology, Finance, and external law firms/vendors
• Track budget, timelines, and implementation progress; report status to stakeholders
• Drive governance, change management, and stakeholder communication
• Support testing, cutover, and post go live stabilization activities
• Ensure compliance with legal and financial controls during implementation

Required Experience & Skills:

• Experience supporting Legal e Billing solutions (e.g., Legal Tracker, SimpleLegal, CounselLink, TyMetrix) OR Legal Technology implementations
• Strong PMO / project management background in enterprise technology programs
• Experience working with Legal, Compliance, and Finance stakeholders
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage vendors and external partners effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience implementing Legal Tracker specifically
• Familiarity with legal spend management, invoice review, and law firm billing processes
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments
• PMP or similar project management certification

New York/ NJ based resource strongly preferred for closer collaboration with stakeholders
