Lead plant performance enhancements as an Operational Excellence Manager. Spearhead Smart Factory initiatives and foster a continuous improvement culture to optimize production efficiency.
In this leadership role, you will utilize over a decade of experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean methodologies. You'll serve as a key change agent, working with plant stakeholders to ensure execution of strategic initiatives. Your ability to train and develop local teams in Operational Excellence principles will directly impact performance and operational standards in the plant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Smart Factory rollout and reporting
- Supervise training for Operational Excellence methodologies
- Enhance process efficiency through continuous improvement
- Consolidate reports on performance progress
- Collaborate with stakeholders for strategic alignment
Requirements
- 10+ years in production-focused continuous improvement
- Strong background in Lean and TPM implementation
- In-depth knowledge of WCM and Lean tools
- Certifications such as Six Sigma highly valued
- Proficient in Polish and English
