SUMMARY:

Operational Finance & Business Support | Manufacturing | Relocation to Swellendam

We are seeking a BCom or BCom Honours qualified Accountant with strong business insight and a genuine interest in operations, administration, and commercial finance within a manufacturing environment.

This role is ideal for candidates who have completed articles or have operational finance / management accounting experience, and who enjoy being close to the business rather than in a purely transactional or desk-bound role.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily financial operations within the manufacturing business
• Assist with costing, stock, and operational reporting
• Budgeting, forecasting, and management accounts
• Work closely with production and management teams to improve efficiency and controls
• Assist with business administration and ongoing process improvements
• Provide hands-on financial and operational support across the business

Requirements

• BCom Accounting or BCom Honours
• Completed articles (advantageous) or relevant operational / management accounting experience
• Strong commercial and analytical skills
• Interest in manufacturing, operations, and business improvement
• Willing to relocate to Swellendam, Western Cape
