  • General Administrative Support: Play an essential role in the daily operations of our practice groups and business departments by providing administrative assistance, including coordinating meetings, managing calendars, arranging travel, and assisting with expense reports. This role involves organizing cross-time-zone meetings and supporting attorneys and executives with the utmost precision and professionalism.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Contribute to financial processes by preparing client invoices, vendor bills, and internal financial reports. Use tools like Excel, PowerBI, and low-code automation platforms to create workflows and dashboards offering insights into client matters and operational efficiency.
  • Innovation & Process Improvement: Proactively identify ways to enhance workflows, optimize technology use, and bring new ideas to support Orrick's dedication to operational excellence and innovation across our practice groups.
