About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team for a 6 to 8 months fixed-term contract. This role sits at the intersection of Operations, Sales, Product, and Finance, with a strong focus on automation projects and customer activation monitoring.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management capabilities with operational rigor, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities

1. Automation Projects (50%)

Lead and coordinate automation and synchronization initiatives between HubSpot (CRM), Pennylane (Invoicing tool), and Internal Administration tools, with the objective of automating 30% of the customer lifecycle processes by the end of 2026.

Key projects include:

  • Automatic synchronization of customer purchases between HubSpot and Admin tool
  • Client consumption tracking synchronization between Metabase, Admin tool, and HubSpot
  • Automated invoicing synchronization between Pennylane and HubSpot

Responsibilities:

  • Define timelines, priorities, and project deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting
  • Manage testing and deployment phases
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and budgets
  • Drive process optimization and automation initiatives

2. Customer Activation Monitoring (50%)

Own and coordinate client’s activation tracking processes, acting as a central point between Sales teams, Product Engagement Specialists, and Leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular visibility on customer account activation and usage
  • Build and maintain clear reporting and monitoring processes
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and operational improvements
  • Deploy best practices to improve activation management and customer consumption tracking
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across teams

Ideal Profile

  • Available ASAP
  • Around 2 to 4+ years of professional experience
  • Previous experience in project management within startup and/or scale-up environments
  • Experience working with SaaS businesses
  • Previous involvement in automation and synchronization/integration projects involving CRM systems
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
  • Leadership mindset and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
  • Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work on-site from our Paris office
