What We're Looking For

Your tasks and challenges at FULLSTACKS

You ensure the secure operation of Cloud Native platforms with your know-how and team spirit and work in an environment that is essential for companies today: the stable operation of modern, critical infrastructure that must function reliably every day without failures. Your specific area of responsibility includes the following activities:

• Operation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Cloud Native platforms, especially Kubernetes
• Ensuring stable managed service operation
• Incident, problem, and change management at FULLSTACKS and in the customer environment
• Setup and expansion of FULLSTACKS' internal IT services and offerings
• Automation of operational processes with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and self-service approaches
• Setup, operation, and further development of monitoring, logging, and alerting
• Close collaboration with internal and external Platform, DevOps, and Development teams
• Analysis, sustainable resolution, and prevention of disruptions in complex platform environments
• Participation in an exciting challenge in operating infrastructure that is indispensable for many companies and critical services daily.

Your profile and focus areas

To successfully and independently master these challenges, you bring the following technical skills:

• Professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the operation of Kubernetes platforms and IT support
• Proven practical knowledge and experience with managed services or SLA-based operation
• Practical experience with Linux and container technologies, as well as professional experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and Configuration Management (Ansible) are advantageous
• Good understanding of Cloud Native principles, complex technical systems and structures, and their interrelationships, ideally in a corporate/enterprise IT environment
• Good communication skills appropriate for the position, passion for troubleshooting, proficient handling of customers at all escalation levels, and a structured, targeted, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Very good German language skills (Level C1 or native speaker) and English language skills (Level B2 or higher) appropriate for the position
• Willingness to work in a structured shift model, including night, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Willingness to work on-site for a planned continuous 3-shift operation at the new modern location and work environment in Graz.

The role is designed for future 3-shift on-site operation. This means you will work directly on-site at the Graz location in an environment where reliability, team coordination, and immediate responsiveness are key tasks.
