Daily Responsibilities

• Responsible for working with business partners, and payroll team to ensure data reporting and payroll administration processes are seamlessly executed with high levels of accuracy

Program/Technology/Software Knowledge

What program/technology/software knowledge is essential for this role? Describe in what capacity the selected candidate will be using it:

• Intermediate to advance Excel that would be used to be a great extent

Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, Certifications, Qualifications, Designations

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-4 years recent relevant prior HR experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced working environment
• Intermediate to advanced Excel

Nice-to-have Skills/Experience and/or Education, Certifications, Qualifications, Designations

• HR-Ops related experience would be great

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task effectively
• High level of professionalism with and familiar with working with confidential information
• Proficient time management and organizational skills
• High level customer service and people skills
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills

The expected base salary range for this position is $22 – $23 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
