About Promofect

Promofect is a growing custom apparel, promotional products, and merch store company working with businesses, schools, first responders, and national brands. We handle everything from custom apparel to fully managed online merch stores.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, responsive, and takes ownership. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in customer communication, order management, and day-to-day operations.

This is not a passive role. The right person will take pride in staying on top of details, keeping things moving, and being someone the team can rely on.

You’ll work closely with leadership and have the opportunity to grow into a larger role over time.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound calls and represent the company in a professional, confident way
• Respond to customer emails quickly and clearly
• Follow up on quotes and open projects without being reminded
• Help manage customer orders from start to finish
• Coordinate with production to ensure accuracy and timelines are met
• Track orders and proactively communicate updates
• Assist with online merch stores (Chipply and Inksoft)
• Enter and manage order details in CRM and internal systems
• Follow up with past customers to check in, generate repeat business, and identify new opportunities
• Look for ways to grow existing accounts through additional products, reorders, or new ideas
• Support the team wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a professional presence
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with computers and able to learn new systems quickly
• Someone who follows through and does what they say they will do
• Able to manage multiple priorities without getting overwhelmed
• Responsive, reliable, and takes ownership of their work
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or office experience is a plus
• Experience in apparel, promo products, or e-commerce is a plus

Pay: $40,000.00 - $61,976.71 per year
